Leadership Greater Chicago encourages nominations of individuals who have demonstrated a capacity for leadership in their chosen field, who have exhibited interest and commitment to the welfare of the Greater Chicago community and have potential for exercising substantial leadership in the future. Every effort will be made to ensure that the selection of the 2008 Leadership Fellows will reflect the diversity of the community.
Candidates should be nominated by an employer or another interested party. All nominations require a seconding letter. This form may be used for both nominating and seconding letters.
Individuals whose names are put forward by an organization should, if appropriate, be nominated either by the chief executive officer or the chairperson of the board.
