Programs » Leadership Fellows Association

Speaker at 20th anniversary After a year in the Fellows Program, Fellows join the larger network of alumni, who continue to come together for monthly educational forums and networking opportunities, including a Fellows-only website.

In 2004, in recognition of LGC's 20th Anniversary, the Fellows Association initiated its first project to involve Fellows in a collective effort to address challenging community concerns. Find out more about this continuing program, the Rockwell Leadership Network.

Jackie Kaplan "The program changed me far more than I imagined it would. It helped all of us develop our voices as members of different communities – based on more than geography, race or occupation. It transformed us as a group from individuals representing particular perspectives to participants in a larger community working for change."

LGC is a real investment in the future. It helps Chicago by providing leadership talent to nonprofit organizations and enables corporations to be good corporate citizens.
