Leadership Breakfast: The Intersection of Profit and Inclusion

Ticket price:
$25.00
Thursday, April 19, 2018
7:30-9:30 a.m.

This is a Fellows-Only event. Registration is closed.

Join us for an unplugged conversation with President of Ariel Investments Mellody Hobson as she shares her perspective on economic inclusion and community impact. While we may be making strides in diversifying our workforce, how are organizations driving economic inclusion across the spectrum of large to small businesses, and how does that impact investment in our communities? How does leadership at the top and diversity in the boardrooms impact the case for economic inclusion? Learn about the next frontier of inclusion and the role and impact of organizations on economic prosperity.

This discussion will be moderated by Connie Lindsey (Fellow since 2001), Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Diversity & Inclusion at Northern Trust, and LGC Board President.

This event is part of our 2018 Fellows Program Leadership Breakfast Series, which is open to all Fellows. The goal of this monthly series is to offer an opportunity to engage with cross-sector leaders who have a unique perspective on current issues and the expertise to provide an inside look.

Sponsored by Northern Trust and LGC Board President Connie Lindsey (Fellow since 2001)
