Leadership Greater Chicago is a premiere civic leadership development program with a proud legacy of convening, connecting and mobilizing the region’s most promising leaders around key socioeconomic issues through dynamic educational and experiential activities. LGC’s Signature Fellows Program provides the foundation for a lifelong commitment to civic engagement by educating members about issues facing the Chicago region and challenging them to bring about transformative change in the community. LGC creates strong connectivity among our Fellows to positively impact not only themselves but their employees, constituents, clients, neighbors and families. This connectivity is the backbone and strength of the LGC network, enabling leaders to reach out across sectors based on the common goal of changing our region for the better.

Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) is the only organization in the region that dares to bring together high-performing individuals from the private, nonprofit, and public sectors to tackle the area’s most pressing issues. This proven formula has generated decades of rich conversation, created lifelong relationships, and developed thought leaders, that combined have shaped the civic landscape of our region. This can only be achieved when all three sectors are at the table.

Join us as we recognize and celebrate LGC Fellows, community leaders, and organizations for making a significant and transformative impact on the Greater Chicago region. The 2018 celebration will be extra special as we mark the 35th Anniversary of our founding by The Chicago Community Trust. Proceeds from this important evening support LGC’s Signature Fellows Program and our efforts to build Chicago’s civic leadership pipeline.

Join us to hear from some of our region’s top executives on the connections between corporate needs and civic leadership, and the special kinds of relationships nurtured between its private and public sectors. Speakers will include President and Chief Executive Officer of ComEd Ann Pramaggiore (Fellow since 2009).
