LGC Signature Fellows Program Information Session with Corporate Leaders
In this time where we are facing unprecedented socioeconomic challenges, Leadership Greater Chicago’s mission — to cultivate courageous and connected cross-sector civic leaders who are committed to leading transformative change that will have an enduring impact on the future of communities throughout the Greater Chicago region — has never been more vital. Our future depends on civic leaders who will collaborate across lines of difference to address pressing socioeconomic issues and build a more just, resilient and thriving city and region. We’re calling on cross-sector changemakers to help meet this moment and apply to the LGC Signature Fellows Program.
This virtual information session for the LGC Signature Fellows Program is hosted in collaboration with LGC Fellows from corporations who are leading change in our region and beyond. While this session is designed for corporate candidates, ALL prospective candidates and their sponsors, both new and returning, are welcome to attend. This is an opportunity to hear directly from Fellows about the impact LGC has had in shaping their careers and civic engagement.
Our second information session is two weeks away! It will be held virtually on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 12-1pm. Fellows featured on the panel include:
- Jay Bhatt (LGC Fellow since 2025) — Managing Director, Deloitte Center for Health Solutions and Deloitte Health Institute at Deloitte
- Moderator Damion Heron (LGC Fellow since 2018) — Midwest Region Executive, Community and Stakeholder Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co
- Jorge Quezada (LGC Fellow since 2010) — Vice President, Culture & Performance at Granite
- Clarita Santos (LGC Fellow since 2023) — Executive Director, Office of the Chairman, President & CEO, Corporate and Civic Partnerships at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC)
