Leadership Greater Chicago Announces Three New Board Members
CHICAGO (February 24, 2025) – Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC), the region's premier civic leadership development organization, recently announced the election of three senior executives to the Board of Directors: Stacey Bolton, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Asset Servicing, The Northern Trust Company; Sandeep Nain (Daniel Burnham Fellow), President and Founder of SNtial Technologies; and Kristen Seeger (LGC Fellow since 2017 and Daniel Burnham Fellow), Executive Committee member and co-leader of the global Commercial Litigation and Disputes Practice, Sidley Austin. The election of Bolton, Nain and Seeger to the Board signals LGC’s continued commitment to developing a strong channel of civic leaders who will shape the future of Chicago and the region.

As Northern Trust’s Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for the Asset Servicing business, Bolton assists in business risk analysis for management and executive reporting, including operational, market, credit, compliance, legal and reputational risks. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on banking, brokerage, asset management/servicing. Bolton also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Golden Apple Foundation, an education non-profit that supports future educators.
Nain is the President and Founder of SNtial Technologies, a Chicago-based IT consulting firm focusing on systems integration and custom application development in the education and non-profit sectors. He has held several social and civic leadership roles in organizations such as the Illinois Workforce Development Board, Executives' Club of Chicago and the National Asian American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship. Nain has been recognized in Chicago United’s Business Leaders of Color and inducted into UIC’s Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.
At Sidley, Seeger offers strategic guidance on shareholder matters and investigations to some of the world’s leading organizations, and conducts investigations for boards and special committees on high-profile and sensitive matters. Her expertise has been recognized in prominent publications, including 2024 Chambers USA: Litigation: Securities (Illinois), and she was honored as one of Crain’s Chicago Business's 2023 Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys. Beyond her professional achievements, Seeger is deeply committed to community service, serving on the board of the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago and as an emeritus board member of Mujeres Latinas en Acción.
