LGC Signature Fellows Program Information Session with Leaders from the Disability Community.
Join us at Access Living on January 29 at 9:00am-10:30am for a Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) Signature Fellows Program information session. This session is hosted in collaboration with LGC Fellows from the disability community who are leading change in our region and is designed especially for prospective candidates with disabilities.
For more than 40 years, LGC has brought together a diverse group of cross-sector changemakers to collaborate and address the region’s most critical socioeconomic issues. Information session attendees will gain insights into the LGC experience and the benefits of cross-sector civic leadership development, get tips on the application process and engage with Fellows about the impact LGC has had in shaping their careers and commitment to civic engagement.
Our fourth information session will be hybrid on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 9-10:30am at Access Living. Fellows featured on the panel include:
- Moderator Karen Tamley (LGC Fellow since 1999 and Daniel Burnham Fellow) – President and CEO at Access Living
- Rachel Arfa (LGC Fellow since 2016) – Commissioner at Mayor’s Office For People With Disabilities
- Ben Lumicao (LGC Fellow since 2004) – Director and Senior Managing Counsel at Allstate
Prospective candidates and their sponsors, both new and returning, are invited to attend this information session in-person or virtually.
