LGC accelerates Fellows' leap to leadership by connecting them to an amazing breath and depth of current leaders and experts, who bring creative and diverse viewpoints to exploration of Chicago's issues, and helping them gain a unique perspective on the region through hands-on experience. After you go through this one-of-a-kind program, you can't help but be inspired to civic activism. For the past 25 years, LGC has been a great pipeline for local and regional leaders. As Chicago becomes a global city, I see LGC being a powerful conduit for global leaders as well.
