Fellows Dine & Dialogue: The Status of Women and Girls in Chicago
Topic: The Status of Women and Girls in Chicago
Hosted by: Anna Valencia (LGC Fellow since 2018), City Clerk of Chicago
Description: Guests will explore the current status of Women and Girls in Chicago. Specifically, the discussion will focus on what resources, opportunities, and support currently exist for our women and girls to thrive. The conversation will also identify what’s lacking and what tools are still necessary to ensure ALL women and girls hit their potential.
This dinner venue is not ADA accessible. There are several stairs leading to the front entrance.
Fellows Dine & Dialogue is an intentional dining experience designed to convene and connect Fellows across classes and sectors. We are excited to continue this program with our winter series of dinners taking place on February 9–13.
These intimate dinners are hosted by Fellows in their homes or other private venues across the city and suburbs, and consist of groups of 8-12 Fellows engaged in a conversation around a specific issue. These events are for Fellows only, and FREE of charge.
Seats for each dinner are limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be created for each dinner in the event of cancellations. To allow as many Fellows as possible to participate, we ask that you register for one dinner per series. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering, which will include the address of your dinner venue.
We look forward to convening with you!
