We are thrilled to launch the 2024-25 LGC Leadership Series | Chicago at the Crossroads, with a foundational in-person fireside chat with Cook County Board President TONI PRECKWINKLE

The session, titled Chicago Region Today: What's the Latest?, will be moderated by LANETTA HAYNES TURNER (LGC Fellow since 2012), chief of staff for Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, and will set the stage for future topics in the series. This unplugged, pulse-check conversation with prominent local leaders will guide us through the current state of our city and broader Cook County region.

Together, we will explore the most pressing issues confronting our communities today, gain insights into how leaders are wielding their skills and influence to tackle systemic problems, and discuss collaborative partnerships and innovative programs that hold the potential to advance us toward a more just, equitable and sustainable future for all residents.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a networking reception and continental breakfast. The program will start promptly at 9 a.m.

THANK YOU to our generous 2024-2025 Leadership Series Sponsors! Sponsorship includes invitations for 10-12 employees to participate in the series and many more benefits. Interested in sponsorship opportunities? Contact Mijin Park for more information.
