Title: Now Is Not the Time to be Silent—Confronting the Past to Change the Future
Description: Join a conversation to explore the visible and invisible history that shapes our own life journeys and how we leverage our experiences to drive change in America that breaks the cycle of racial inequity and injustice.
Co-Hosted by: 2020 LGC Fellows Martin Montes and Andria Winters
This conversation is part of our Dine & Dialogue 2020 Summer Series. As developments of the pandemic and racial injustice continue to unfold in our city and across the country, there is a hunger for conversations around so many issues. To provide a platform for Fellows to engage in these conversations with each other now, we have reimagined our Dine & Dialogue Summer Series into virtual gatherings and moved the series up one month earlier than our usual schedule.
Spots for each conversation are limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be created for each conversation in the event of cancellations. To allow as many Fellows as possible to participate, we ask that you register for one event. These events are for Fellows only, and FREE of charge.
To register, click the green button above. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering, which will include the link to access the conversation and additional details.
