Chicago’s job market is changing, and the workforce must change with it. What are the skills that will be needed for the jobs of tomorrow, and what is the role of higher education in equipping students to find gainful employment after graduating? City Colleges of Chicago Chancellor Juan Salgado (Fellow Since 2005) will share his perspective about how the City Colleges of Chicago are working to build a better workforce for the future job market. Moderated by Beth Swanson (Fellow since 2006), Vice President of Programs and Strategy, The Joyce Foundation.

This event is part of our 2018 Fellows Program Leadership Breakfast Series, which is open to all Fellows. The goal of this monthly series is to offer an opportunity to engage with cross-sector leaders who have a unique perspective on current issues and the expertise to provide an inside look.
