We will discuss the potential policy shifts that may influence key areas such as economic development, immigration, healthcare, and infrastructure. Together, with our esteemed speakers, we will explore how federal and local policies could shape the future, addressing both challenges and opportunities for growth and equity within our communities.
This session will be moderated by MARISA NOVARA (LGC Fellow since 2016 and Daniel Burnham Fellow), vice president of community impact at The Chicago Community Trust. Marisa will be joined by Dr. LEE FRANCIS, M.D., MPH (LGC Fellow since 2000), president and CEO at Erie Family Health Centers, SAMIR MAYEKAR (Daniel Burnham Fellow), associate VP and managing director, Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and RAUL RAYMUNDO (LGC Fellow since 1996), co-Founder and CEO at The Resurrection Project.
